Origins & Philosophy

Chi Nei Tsang originated in ancient China, developed by Taoist monks who observed that unresolved emotional issues are stored in the organs, causing energy blockages and physical problems.

The practice combines Chinese organ-energetics with the power of touch to address the source of problems, not just their symptoms. It works with the navel and surrounding abdominal area, known in Chinese medicine as the "Second Brain."

This gentle yet deep massage helps release negative emotions, tension, and toxic energy that have accumulated in the internal organs, promoting physical and emotional healing.
